Ari's success in real estate became apparent in 2003 when he joined the real estate global leaders’ group RE/MAX. He has been abundantly blessed since then, having achieved the number one RE/MAX team, Western Cape, for an unmatched record time of 8 years. He has also been in the top five RE/MAX teams internationally out of more than one hundred thousand agents!

In February 2015, Ari joined the RE/MAX Living office in Cape Town and launched Ari Voyiatzis, an all-new team focusing on the exclusive neighbourhoods of Cape Town and the Atlantic Seaboard, including Clifton, Bantry Bay, and the Western Seaboard suburbs of Sunset Beach, Sunset Village Security Estate, Sunset Links Golf Estate, with a dedicated team member focussing on new developments in the Cape Winelands area.

With a keen passion for giving back to the community, Ari and his team actively raise funds for multiple charities and outreach projects. With a Bachelor of Theology degree and in the process of completing his Theology Honours degree in Theology, Ari's focus is on transforming impoverished communities.

Ari Voyiatzis has been inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame and has received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award. Ari has also been a finalist for the Nedbank National Property Professional award and has been awarded multiple RE/MAX Diamond Club awards. Ari was also a guest of honour at the RE/MAX Greece Convention in 2006, inspiring international agents to achieve real estate success. Being part of panel discussions, he has also appeared in multiple magazines.

Ari's most recently award was the most prestigious RE/MAX SA Circle of Legends luminary club.

We only have two entrances into Sunset Beach, so security is excellent. We are on the beach side of Otto du Plessis, so no main road needed to cross to get to the beach. We are an international kite haven, with a very European vibe half of the year.
