We believe that the South African real estate industry needs greater transparency, particularly when it comes to choosing an agent. Promoting more professional estate agents

Gone are the days when anyone could become an estate agent. Today, there are strict requirements set out by the PPRA to become an agent, including a mandatory one-year internship for new agents. As a result, the number of agents has dropped dramatically, and the industry has, in general, become much more professional.

We are seeing more graduates choosing a career in property and more agents using technology as an enabler to offer more competitive services. This, combined with an increase in the number of innovative real estate models being launched, shows that the real estate industry is becoming increasingly competitive, to the advantage of both buyers and sellers.
