Marketing properties for the past 24 years has been the morning, noon and night, in other words the foundation, walls and roof in the life of Jaco Erasmus, the Managing Director of @ Home Property Group SA & Principal.

After obtaining Diploma's in 1994 in Marketing Management & Business Management, selling properties just comes naturally to me and with a certainty that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. My focus is on not only selling a property, but building relationships with our buyers and sellers. We don’t work with brick and water, we work with people and their dreams.

Creating solid Investment opportunities for my clients is a high priority. Although property is one of many investment classes to choose from, the Banks don't borrow money to invest in Bitcoin, shares or any other scheme.
