More about Belinda

I have been in the real estate business for 8 years with a great track record competing in the toughest markets. This extensive property experience combined with my passion for people mean that I am able to: • direct and support first time homeowners through the home ownership process • advise, recommend and guide investors and portfolio owners on their investment options. At the end of 2019, I solidified my faith in my own abilities in this industry by registering The Property Shoppe and becoming a Business Owner. As a single mom to two daughters and a grandmother to a young grandson I have developed a stubborn need to succeed and have an ability to share the lessons I have learnt with compassion. My family and work life are hectic, but I still make sure there is time for my other passion – FlyFishing! I use my time by the waters’ edge to reconnect with myself and nature. I started Fly-fishing 10 years ago as an escape from my demanding management of marketing and sales teams with SA’s leading network providers. I moved from hobbyist to competitor in 2016 and qualified to represent my province at the National Championships in 2018 where I took Gold. Successful fly-fishing takes dedication, skill, patience, perseverance and an understanding of the environment. No different from success in any sphere of life. I apply these personal traits to everything I turn my mind to – your real estate needs are no exception! I am currently qualifying to become a Master Practitioner Real Estate and building a competent and driven sales and marketing team. As a small and agile team, we will stay abreast of all the new laws, practices and protocols being introduced and will be able to accurately advise all sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. We need each other. You need my experience and knowledge of the real estate environment to meet your objectives and I need you to grow my business. WIN WIN
