Approximately 15 hectares are planted to olive cultivars Mission and Frantoio, all under drip irrigation. The olives are processed on-site for oil production using an in-house olive press (120 kg/hour) and stainless steel storage tanks.
Water is supplied by a natural spring located high on the property, as well as a borehole delivering approximately 10 000 litres per hour. Water is stored in two earthen dams and three cement reservoirs. Electricity is supplied via one Eskom transformer.
