In the lounge you will find a sofa/bed, a table with two chairs, a wardrobe and a study desk. The kitchenette includes a sink with cupboard, microwave/oven, small bar fridge and shelves. The bathroom is at the back. This is a non-smoking unit. The building has a laundromat and a swimming pool. Parking can be arranged with the caretaker.
Monthly Costs
The rent is R5,000 per month. Water and sewer are billed separately. Electricity is prepaid.

Application Process
Applicants complete an application form and a credit check consent form. A R100 credit check fee is paid. If the application is approved, the tenant pays the full move-in costs. Only after this payment can the lease agreement be signed.
