OVERVIEW:
- Well-established calf production farm, Beyond Calves (Pty) Ltd, capable of rearing approximately 4,500 calves annually.

FARM DETAILS:
- Size: 97 hectares
- Water Resources: Fully approved Water Use license for 4 boreholes and irrigation license for 60 hectares.
- Power Supply: 330 kVA, 3-phase supply transformer.
- Irrigation System: 5-tower pivot irrigating 30 hectares of Kikuyu-based pastures, with remote monitoring capabilities. Additional 55 hectares of Kikuyu-based grazing camps with 5 hectares of sprinkler irrigation.
- Water Storage: Overnight irrigation holding dam (1.4 million liters capacity) with a large 5.5 kW irrigation pump.
- Boreholes: 4 licensed boreholes with tested yields ranging from 4k to 26k liters per hour. Equipped with necessary transformers and subsoil electric cable.
