More about Gail

Selling property was the most natural thing for me to do as I come from a family with parents that were deep into design, building, and selling. I pride myself on not only my local knowledge but truly finding the crossroads of what technology means for traditional real estate. My mission is to provide dynamic and effective marketing solutions to connect property buyers and sellers.

A proud mom of 2 young adult children, I consider myself a very caring and trustworthy person. I value honesty and integrity and seek this in everything I do. I am passionate about life, nature, my sport, and people. My greatest achievements are the friendships and lasting relationships I build during my sales, more than the volume of sales.

In our industry I want my name to be synonymous with integrity and professional service. Home and Hectare Real Estate creates the ideal environment to make this happen - a brand identity with enough resources to ensure professional marketing and transaction processing, a management structure offering integrity, assistance, and mentoring, and a brand name that I am very proud to be associated with.

I believe my success lies in my ability to match my buyers with the right home. It takes intuition to get to know them and know their personalities. Understanding each person's unique needs and bringing it all together, is what makes me love this profession.

My motto - "The best feeling in the world is knowing you mean something to someone." - Anonymous
