My man is vanaf BKB op Standerton oorgeplaas na BKB op Frankfort. Ek moes toe die kopskuif maak, om Frankfort ons nuwe tuiste te maak. Daarby het ek by BKB Home and Hectare aangesluit en is nou tenvolle ingeburger in die lieflike Frankfort.

Ek is nog nuut in die eiendomsmark en het 'n rapsie onder die 3 jaar se ondervinding. Langs die pad het ek 'n paar duur lesse geleer wat my definitief met toekomstige eiendomstransaksies van onskatbare waarde sal wees.

'n Eie stukkie grond wat net myne is, waarop ek kan doen net wat ek wil was nog altyd 'n doelwit van my. Ek wil ook daardie selfsatisfaksie aan ander mense gee, waar hul-hul eie stempel op hul eie stukkie grond, hetsy residentieel of kommersieel kan afdruk.

Ek is gesetel in Frankfort, sodra ek Frankfort onder hande het, beoog ek om die omliggende dorpe in hierdie Noord-Oos gedeelte van die Vrystaat ten volle in te tree.

Die lekkerste vir my van eiendomme verkoop is, die voor en na fotos van 'n huis of boerdery waar die potensiaal van die eiendom raakgesien en ontgin is.
