More about Yvonne

I’m Yvonne, the Principal Estate Agent, Master Practitioner, and proud founder of Harcourts Suikerbos. Having grown up in Heidelberg, I have a deep appreciation and understanding of the area, its people, and its property market.

With experience in property sales and rentals dating back to 2006, I have built a strong foundation in the real estate industry and officially joined the Harcourts brand in 2020.

Over the years, Harcourts Suikerbos has become a trusted name in Heidelberg, Nigel, and surrounding areas, recognised for professionalism, integrity, and genuine client care.

I hold an NQF Level 5 Real Estate Certificate, am a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE), and a Chartered Business Accountant in Commerce. These qualifications allow me to combine business expertise with in-depth property knowledge — ensuring every transaction is handled with precision, transparency, and confidence.

I am deeply committed to my clients, whether they are buyers or sellers, and I take pride in providing honest guidance and exceptional service throughout every stage of their property journey. I also love my team — a group of dedicated professionals who share my passion for helping people and delivering results the Harcourts way.

At Harcourts Suikerbos, our philosophy is simple: People First. Backed by the global strength of the Harcourts brand, we are dedicated to creating lasting relationships, achieving outstanding results, and turning every property journey into a truly rewarding experience.
