More about Wendy

I am Wendy Baker and have been residing in Port Elizabeth, since completing my schooling in 1998.

I have recently obtained my Honours degree in Counselling Psychology. I value and enjoy learning and have completed a variety of courses over the years, ranging in accounting, computerised bookkeeping packages, business studies and as well as counselling courses.

I have been involved in the property industry in various capacities for more than 15 years. Some of the roles included rental agent, property maintenance manager, managing agent as well as landlord. The transition to becoming a sales agent has been a natural one for me.

I consider myself a loyal, reliable, self-motivated, honest academic, who is also a mom to two adult daughters. I enjoy preparing meals, reading and expanding my knowledge in my downtime. My morning routine is complete once I have had my tea in bed followed by prayer.

My mission it to assist buyers and sellers with excellence, while always being reliable, showing honesty and integrity in all my dealings. With my passion for people, and desire to know their why, I hope to collaborate my background in psychology to better understand buyers and seller's needs and be attentive to their requirements.

Home and Hectare is a brand built on trust. One that cares about its employees/agents by staying relevant in the dynamic property industry. They provide the needed tools to enable me to grow and learn in the industry.
