Hi I am Victor van Niekerk a commercial and industrial property broker focusing on commercial and industrial property primary with leasing as well as selling. I joined the commercial and industrial real estate industry in 2004 from the transportation industry (I worked for South African Pipe lines which transports petroleum products for the fuel industry). During this period, I completed my Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Transport Economics, Economics and Business Management – Operations management, marketing)

I currently work with reputable developers to structure turn key developments for clients to either lease or buy as well as sourcing existing buildings or land for tenants as well as end users as well as developers. My primary area of focus is in the Westmead, New Germany area but work in Durban south as well as North and inland to Cato Ridge, Hammarsdale. My specialty is also structing investment sales selling Industrial properties which are currently tenanted, or sourcing tenants in order to enable a sale of the property as well as sales and leasebacks. I have concluded deals for leases, sales as well as de3velopments for companies such as Reebok South Africa, Arcelor Mittal, Merlog Foods etc.

Whilst working for Harcourts I have achieved Platinum status as an agent and have been number one commercial and industrial agent in South Africa for Harcourts. Also having concluded the largest deal in sales value for Harcourts South Africa at one stage.
