More about Vanessa

I was born and raised in Zimbabwe and then spent 14 years living in the United Kingdom, where I worked in the I.T Sector. On returning to Africa, I settled in Hout Bay, Cape Town where I embarked on an eight year career in the Security Sector. The Property Industry has by far exceeded any career experience to date.

I am a relational and motivated Property Professional specializing in residential and new property developments. Having lived and worked in Hout Bay for 13 years, with a vast knowledge of the Bay and its people, allows me to maintain solid industry connections through involvement in the local community, both professionally and personally. I leverage these relationships to help clients with each step of the process. I possess an excellent reputation for working relentlessly to make buying, selling and investing in property simple. I believe in good communication with all parties, keeping my clients involved with everything that goes on during their Real Estate transaction.

I am really happy to have joined Harcourts Hout Bay and I look forward to a long and successful career with them.
