Terry Cox

Real Estate Company / Sales Agent
More about Terry

My beginnings in real estate were grounded in assisting an NGO with “low cost housing” and also writing my Board Exam in 1995.

I love the freedom that our industry offers to an individual as well as the opportunity to grow on multiple levels.

I am a MOTH ( Memorable Order of Tin Hats ) , and a member of MPISA in our tiny hamlet of Oviston in the Eastern Cape, and enjoy a bit of dam fishing on the side.

I bring a vast knowledge of all things real estate to the table. The ability to navigate the challenges posed in listing, buying, selling. Added to that I have built up relationships with conveyancing attorneys and bond originators, plus other professionals who deal with specific issues related to the sale of a property.

In Oviston, there are a few estate agents that operate here. The big advantage dealing with me is that not only do I live in the village, I have 29 years of real estate knowledge that I use plus I have the backing of one of the most progressive and forward thinking companies in the real estate industry - one which prides itself in an ethical approach and use of all the possible high tech applications to further enhance our clients property journey.
