More about Teresa

Relocated to Cape Town from the UK in September 2015 from the UK.

Since arriving in Cape Town I have worked for 3 Real Estate companies progressing from agent to team leader to Operating partner.

My job is to oversee the day to day running of the residential sales and the team, recruit the best agents for the business, present training courses and with the help from my leadership team assist them in growing their businesses. Here you start with a 70/30 split (full status agents) and once you "cap" you earn 92% of your sales. Who wants to join me? No monthly fees involved.

My BIG why is to help others succeed especially those that might not ordinarily have access to building their own business especially in what can be a tough environment; give them the tools to build a business. If we give a man (or woman!) a fish they can eat for a day, teach them to fish and they can eat for the rest of their lives. If I can change one persons life by adding value or teaching them skills to grow their opportunities then my mission is achieved.

MORE ABOUT ME!! I have a strong sales and training background and have worked for large corporate organisations such as Financial Times, Longman Publishing and also a stint working within local government.

I have a passion for sales and a very strong competitive edge, I like to hit targets. I enjoy nothing more than the challenge of a sales chase. I have the ability to train sales teams on every step of the sales process including to achieve the best results working within a team. I have strong IT skills and understand the importance of the changing technology we see today.

Before I left the UK I worked with some smaller independents streamlining their processes to achieve better sales and customer service experiences.

I love nothing more than a challenge. If you want to join a team of people who grow together to achieve more then please reach out to me. I would love to talk to you about your goals.
