More about Sane

With eight years in real estate and deep roots in the greater St Francis Bay area, I specialise in residential and coastal property across St Francis, Cape St Francis, Jeffreys Bay, and Humansdorp. I’ve lived in the region since high school, and my earlier career in aviation and on private yachts gave me a global perspective and a service ethic that now set the tone for every client relationship.

Before entering property, I served in Business and First Class at Etihad Airways in the Middle East and was promoted to service trainer, coaching recruits to world-class hospitality standards. Time aboard luxury yachts further honed my ability to perform under pressure. Combined with a background in psychology and teaching, these experiences help me listen closely, communicate clearly, and guide clients with both strategy and empathy.

After several successful years with an international real estate brand, I joined eXp Realty — a global, innovation-led brokerage known for its agile, client-first model. Its forward-thinking platform empowers agents and enhances the client experience through world-class marketing, cutting-edge tools, and flexibility tailored to today’s property landscape.

I’m known for my loyalty to clients — and for offering clear, pragmatic advice, even when it requires personal sacrifice.

Every property, like every person, is unique. I bring rigorous preparation, honest feedback, and future-focused strategy to every mandate — from pricing and presentation to targeted marketing, buyer qualification, and calm negotiation. Clients value not only the results, but the genuine care they experience throughout the process. For my clients, buying or selling a home is never just a transaction — it`s a major life moment, a personal milestone, and often the realisation of a long-held dream. I treat that process with the respect, care, and responsibility it deserves.

Outside of work, I enjoy the coastal lifestyle — playing padel, staying active, and spending time with my family. I’m also passionate about travel, snorkeling, and scuba diving — all of which remind me why I love living and working in one of the most naturally beautiful parts of the world. Being family-oriented gives me a practical understanding of what truly matters when choosing a place to call home.

If you value clear communication, meticulous care, and a partner who treats your goals as her own — let’s get to work.
