Her late father's ownership of a building company provided invaluable lessons in business management, laying the foundation for her future endeavors. In the early 80s, her mother took the bold step of opening the first Estate Agency in Velddrif, an endeavor that further enriched Sandra's understanding of the real estate landscape. She acknowledges that she learned from the best and continues to do so.

In 1989, after passing the Board Exam, she was granted her first Fidelity Funds Certificate. Her career as an Estate Agent commenced in her mother's company, Seesig Eiendomme, in Velddrif. Those early years were marked by a genuine love for the profession that has endured to this day. She has since transitioned to Durbanville, where she is currently based.

With a career spanning over three decades, Sandra Beretta boasts extensive expertise in property sales and rentals. Her repertoire includes a stint at Residentia Trust, where she served as a Portfolio Manager for two years. This role entailed the management of 25 complexes, encompassing sectional title and free-standing properties. Sandra's rental management experience is equally impressive, overseeing nearly 200 units concurrently during her tenure.

Sandra's professional journey has been characterized by her association with major estate agencies, where she has honed her skills and made a lasting impact in the industry. Her most recent endeavor sees her as an integral part of the Harcourt Dunn Team in the Northern Suburbs.

In her pursuit of excellence, Sandra has invested in her own self-development. She has successfully completed her NQF 4 qualification and is currently in the final stages of achieving NQF 5. Her commitment to continuous learning underscores her belief that knowledge is the key to success in an ever-evolving field.
