More about Rory

Hello, I’m Rory and I have worked with Pam Golding Properties in Modimolle from 2016 until February 2023. I have now joined eXp South Africa. I have made the big move to Langebaan Western Cape. I specialized in properties such as Eco estates, large farms (agricultural and game) as well as smaller boutique farms and properties within Golf Estates. With my background in conservation, nature, and marketing I go out of my way to firstly understand my clients’ needs and requirements and then to ensure that when I bring a property to them, it is in line with their requirements.

I do thorough research about all my properties and aim to match dreams of selling with dreams of buying the perfect Property. I love linking people who want to sell to people who want to buy the perfect property. I have extensive experience in the real estate industry due to the fact that I am Master Practitioner in Real Estate, South African Right of Way Agent and an International Right of Way Agent. In my spare time I like to relax by being in nature, walking, bird watching, tree and plant identification as well as enjoying Golf and watching various sports.

I started working in the technical (electrical) industry in 1978 and moved from there into the marketing and customer service fields of which I have 26 years of experience. I have a passion for people, customer service, business improvement and relationship marketing. After completing my B. Comm Degree at Unisa I also qualified as a Chartered Marketer. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.
