More about Rochelle

Serving and delivering an exceptional service to clients has always been my passion.

I started having a passion for the Property industry in 2015 when I was in search of a new home. I found myself working with 3 Agents because of not getting the right service and the Agents was not listening to what I wanted. The houses they where showing me was just not relating to me. I then pictured myself as an Estate Agent and started thinking what would I have done differently if I was the Agent who was servicing me. With my career of 13 years in the Banking industry, working for 5 years in Relationship banking, 3 years in Business banking and 5 years in a Management position. My passion just grew stronger and stronger. The feeling that I always get when fulfilling clients needs is just unexplainable. My banking career built my negotiating skills, listening skills, motivating stills, and selling skills but most of all, building my people skills and communicating skills.

I made a decision to join the amazing team of Harcourts Rustenburg Sales in March 2021 and that was the best decision I have ever made. I received a certificate for Rookie of the year and received Platinum Sales stats for last quarter in 2021. That was a confirmation that the Property industry is my calling. Meeting customers expectations and delivering an exceptional service to all my clients is my moto. Honesty and Integrity is what I am all about and we at Harcourts live by our values.
