Richard Fincham is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of expertise in the commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential property sectors. Having lived, worked, and studied in KwaZulu-Natal since 1977, Richard has developed an in-depth understanding of the region, particularly the KZN Midlands, which he holds a deep passion for. Since launching his real estate career in 2003, Richard has earned a strong reputation built on trust, dedication, and the numerous referrals he receives from satisfied clients, colleagues, and industry peers.

In 2021, he co-founded R&R Real Estate alongside Renata Milanesi, united by their shared belief that "great things are never done by one person; they are done by a team." Together, they have cultivated a client-focused agency that thrives on teamwork, integrity, and a deep commitment to the local community.

Beyond real estate, Richard enjoys playing golf, listening to music, and exploring the Karkloof forests on scenic walks—activities that enrich his connection to the beautiful KZN Midlands and offer a perfect balance to his professional life.

Richard also has a passion for classic cars and takes great pride in hosting the annual R&R Classic Car Show, which brings together car enthusiasts and the community for a day of celebration and nostalgia
