More about Riana
After my retirement as an Attorney and CCMA Commissioner, I decided to venture into Real Estate. I became a Property Practitioner in 2015 and have never looked back. I find that I can apply the knowledge and negotiation skills gained in a long legal career to the best advantage of my clients. Both buyers and sellers require an extremely high level of performance backed by integrity, as well as good negotiation and communication skills. I truly believe I can confidently offer that. When I am approached to provide a service, I am deeply honoured, and I take those professional relationships very seriously; and in every transaction, I put the interests of my clients above my own, and that is how my clients have come to know me. I still take a keen interest in legal matters, especially those pertaining to property matters, so that I can give my clients informed and solid advice. I love my family and try to spend quality time with them, and my grandchildren are especially dear to me. I am passionate about reading, watching Cinema Nouveau films, and going to the theatre. I also love traveling with my husband. I sincerely hope that Covid will allow us to travel the world again! I sell residential properties in Big Bay, Blouberg Sands, Bloubergstrand, Melkbosstrand, Parklands, Sunningdale, Table View, Waves Edge and West Beach. You’re welcome to give me a call should you be interested to buy or sell property in those areas.
