More about Riaan

Hi, I’m Riaan Ackermann.

I’ve been a top-producing real estate agent since 2010, specialising in freehold and sectional title residential property. My approach is grounded, considered, and relationship-driven, focused on helping clients make confident, well-timed decisions in what is often one of the most important financial moves of their lives.

Before joining a leading national property group, I owned and operated my own real estate company. That experience gave me a strong commercial foundation and a clear understanding of property from both an operational and client perspective. It continues to influence how I approach pricing, negotiation, risk, and strategy today, with structure, foresight, and attention to detail.

Sales has been the backbone of my career, including experience with national and international luxury brands. Through this, I’ve learned that true success in property is not about pressure or volume, it’s about service excellence, trust, and clear communication. Clients value knowing where they stand, what their options are, and what to expect next. I make a point of keeping people informed, supported, and comfortable throughout the entire buying or selling process.

I work by a simple principle:

listen carefully, then act decisively.

Every client’s situation is different. I take the time to understand individual goals, timelines, and concerns, and I respect the responsibility that comes with guiding a transaction to a successful conclusion. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and calm, ensuring the process feels transparent, professional, and aligned for everyone involved.

I place great importance on after-sales service and long-term relationships. Many of my clients return for future transactions or refer friends and family, and over time, those professional relationships often develop into lasting personal ones. For me, trust is built over time, not at the point of signature.
