Renier Swarts was born in the heart of the Jacaranda City and raised in the Moot; he joined Jana Reinecke Properties in 2001 as a real estate agent selling homes in Waverley. Shortly after obtaining his Full Status Agent accreditation at Jana Reinecke, Renier obtains a short-term contract to deal with objectors to a commercial development in Menlyn for the Abcon Group. After dealing successfully with the objectors, Renier joined the Abcon Group and mainly dealt with commercial development in Pretoria and Midrand as assistant development manager, affording him priceless experience and exposure to the thinking and deal making skills of commercial property developers.

He ventured into commercial marketing, leasing and sales when he became a leasing manager of various developments from Waterfall in Johannesburg up to Silver Lakes area in the east of Pretoria. After almost 15 years in the commercial property space, he joined Harcourts Ketjen Marketing in Hatfield, and he focused on selling and leasing offices in Hatfield, Brooklyn, Montana and Centurion.

With over 23 years of experience in the Gauteng real estate industry, Renier Swarts is dedicated to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with ease and confidence in Pretoria. Known for his strong in-depth market knowledge of Waverley and the Moot as he still resides in Waverley, he provides a personalized service tailored to each client and property’s unique needs.
