More about Philip

Thank you very much for the opportunity to introduce myself, Philip Lourens, as representative of Harcourts Titans.

I have been living in Wonderboom for 30 years, involved in architecture and property development, with Architum Architects, Devcom LDA and Designa Property Development. Three years ago, I decided that it was time to enter a new facet of the real estate industry and became part of the dynamic and very successful Harcourts Titans (Titanium and Maxima united), which is the well-known Harcourts International Property Group's North of the Magalies branch.

I can honestly say that Harcourts has the very best, if not the only, computer program to bring together prospective buyers and eligible properties from around the world, within seconds of entering the necessary criteria.

I would like to share my knowledge with you and can advise you on city council matters, rezoning, design proposals, suitable upgrades, building contractors and what else, in order to make the best possible profit from your property.

I'm looking forward to assist you!
