More about Paul

We are Paul and Alet Marais, also known as the Touring Agents. Together, we are passionate about helping people achieve their property and financial goals while living a life that brings us joy and purpose. Paul thrives on the administrative and organizational side of real estate. He enjoys creating systems, managing details, and ensuring every transaction runs smoothly and stress-free. Supporting people through structure and service is where he brings his greatest value. Alet is focused on building relationships and delivering exceptional client care. Our business has grown almost entirely through referrals—a reflection of the trust and confidence our clients place in us. She loves walking the journey with families, helping them buy or sell their home, and making the process as smooth and memorable as possible. In 2022, we embraced a new adventure and took our business on the road. We now live and travel full time across South Africa in our caravan while continuing to sell property, serve our clients, and grow our team of agents. This lifestyle allows us to connect with people nationwide while still delivering excellent service—no matter where we are. Before real estate, we spent almost a decade running our own business. Those years taught us how to grow and motivate teams, serve clients with excellence, and stay focused on achieving goals. We bring that same dedication into real estate—whether it’s guiding families through buying or selling a property, or mentoring other agents who want to find more joy, freedom, and financial independence in their careers. Our mission is simple: to make real estate a seamless and rewarding experience for our clients, and to empower fellow agents to build businesses that give them both success and freedom. If you’re looking to buy or sell property in South Africa—or if you’re an agent ready to take your career to the next level—we’d love to connect with you and walk this journey together.
