I am fortunate enough to be a qualified Real Estate Practitioner. I have a 3 YEAR Marketing and Managment Diploma IMM from Port Elizabeth tecknikon in Summerstrand where I attended night classes. Being married with two grown up children, my daughter is a qualified Veterinary nurse and my son is freelance motor journalist. I matriculated at Marist Brothers College Port Elizabeth at the end of 1973. Having 35 years of financial planning to my name Patrick Eke Brokers cc where I was Key individual with all the necessary qualifications. I started my business from the yellow pages` contacts, Blood Sweat and Tears was the order of the day, but I made it. After surviving a triple bypass operation, I decided to change my career to the Real Estate profession. I joined Harcourts Port Alfred in 2018 and relocated to Port Elizabeth December 2019 My Hometown. Since being in the Real estate Industry I have been and will continue to successful. I have sold a spectrum of real estate`s properties from smallholdings, town house, commercial and business, Private properties to vacant stands. My passion for people and property and building up relationships is still as strong as ever; this is what drives me. Using my creative gifts, I have designed, and Owner built 4 of my own homes. Two in Kleinemonde and two in Port Elizabeth, one of them being my daughter`s home in Royalston Wildlife Estate. What better way to give service to people in the area of making the biggest investment of their lives (Property) with passion, honesty and experience. Coming from a service driven industry and having built up a very successful business with a competent team around me , "Service is what counts". Getting to know my clients wants, needs, desires and affordability enabled us to achieve most of our goals. I am an animal and nature lover of note. Gods greatest Creation! Being fortunate to say that I through the years have built up amazing portfolio of genuine friends and clients because of who I am.
