More about Owen

I was born in the beautiful city of Pretoria, back when hippies were cool. Growing up there I

became fluent in English and Afrikaans. As a kid I was always fishing, or playing in the Hennops

river, that is if I wasn’t on the golf course caddying or playing golf.

I was fortunate enough to attend good schools, one of them being Pretoria Boys High where you

got yourself a jolly good hiding if you deserved one. All of which contributed to my respect for

others and the wisdom to know the difference of being a man or a gentleman.

After my National Service responsibilities were concluded I became a traveling salesman and

have sold a multitude of products as a wholesaler from cast iron to power tools to spectacles. I

eventually settled on selling properties and I haven’t looked back.

With my strong sales background I understand the value of adding value, so it’s all about giving

my clients the good service one would expect when dealing with a financial service provider and

the large amounts of money involved with property sales.

Charles Edwards was my mentor when I first started out in Real Estate so it is only fitting that I

now am part of his team at CEP where I still receive the regular and continues training required

to be the best at this ever-changing career.
