More about Olivier

Welcome to MAISON Real Estate By Jeanne & Olivier Born and raised in Paris, our love for design, beauty, and culture was shaped by travel, which deepened our appreciation for unique homes and diverse lifestyles. Over 25 years ago, we made Cape Town our home and designed two iconic wooden beach houses along the Atlantic coastline. Our houses became sought-after locations for international film and photography campaigns, featured in European design magazines. As founders of a film production company, we produced high-end international TV commercials for luxury brands like Cartier, Chloé, Hennessy and Nina Ricci. Our experience in the fast-paced film industry, working with visionary leaders from L’Oréal, Richemont and LVMH, taught us to thrive under pressure, managing large budgets, negotiating and finding creative solutions in demanding environments. Over time, many of our clients fell in love with Cape Town and often asked us to help them find properties here. It became clear that it was time for a change. Few years ago, we took the opportunity to work with an international brand, where we successfully sold beautiful homes in Constantia Upper. However, we soon realised that our vision extended beyond what was possible there. Our entrepreneurial spirit led us to create MAISON Real Estate by Jeanne & Olivier, where we bring our film mindset, international network, and high level of service. In partnership with eXp Realty, we combine our distinctive and refreshing approach to real estate with their global presence and cutting-edge technology. MAISON is the culmination of our passion for architecture, design and connecting people with their perfect homes. Based in Cape Town, we specialise in exclusive properties across the Southern Suburbs, City Bowl and Atlantic Seaboard. For us, real estate is about more than transactions, it’s about building trust and creating opportunities.
