Started in the Real Estate Industry 1995 as a Regional Property Administrator at Anglo American Properties after 14years as a Computer Operations Manager and a year later Nolan moved over to the Facilities Management Division as a Property Operational Manager / Park Estate Manager and Centre Manager at Bruma Lake as well as overseeing the Operational/Maintenance Management of the Inland Apexhi Property mix Portfolio for Industrial, Commercial and Retail Properties.

In 2000 – 2011 Nolan worked as an Industrial Facilities Operations Manager on the AllanGray Property Collective Scheme Portfolio at Broll Properties Ltd.

In 2008 obtained a designation as a Certified Property Manager-CPM® thru IREM (USA) Michigan Chapter which is recognised Internationally. He also obtained a Distinction in the following Broll Academy Courses thru the University of Pretoria for Property Finance, Property Management and Lease Negotiations. In 1990 Nolan obtain a Distinction in a Diploma in Production Management & Supervision thru Damelin Management College with a Merit Award from the South African Institute of Production Management Association (SAIPMA)

In Oct 2011 was poached by JHI Properties as a Snr Technical Manager to oversee the Operational & Facility Management of 200 National properties for the Dipula / Emergence Property Income Fund.

In July 2014 was poached by Redefine Properties Ltd (2nd Largest REIT Property company with over R600 Billion Rand worth of Assets) as a Property Manager in the Inland Commercial / Office Portfolio owned & managed by Redefine.

Took Early retirement in August 2020 and worked on Contract for a year as a Business Development Officer for a Construction Company.

Nolan’s passion for Real Estate is evident thru his work ethics and relevant knowledge of Properties. Besides the “Brick & Mortar” he has a real enthusiasm and drive to assist and help People in the Property Industry thus him being very People-Centric.

He also has a passion for helping Property Owners to achieve the maximum return on their Property Investment(s).

He gets well on with people of all walks of life and has a strong Christian religion Believe and A Family man.
