More about Nicky

Hello, my name is Nicky Tait and I have been a part of the real estate industry since 2000. My interest in this field began as a young student when a lecturer jokingly suggested that I should either sell houses or ice to an Eskimo. After a short dance with the Education Sector, I needed something more fluid and versatile to match my need for zealous energy. It serendipitously became clear to me then that my future was in sales and the more I researched the more the Real Estate Industry appealed to me. I take great pride in being entrusted with the sale of my clients` most valued assets, and I never take this responsibility for granted. My focus in the industry is primarily on Residential Sales, Letting, and General Property Maintenance. What sets me apart is my dedication to finding solutions for my clients and providing prompt and efficient service. I take the time to truly listen to my clients` needs and respond accordingly and effectively. Helping people find their perfect home is something that brings me great joy and fulfillment. With almost 25 years of experience in the industry, I have been around the residential block many times. I am a qualified, full status, agent and I am currently studying towards a qualification in Real Estate Education as I am still a passionate educator, and I know that I have enough experience to impart to aspiring agents. If you are searching for someone who is passionate, experienced, and dedicated to helping you with your real estate needs, let`s work together to turn your real estate dreams into a reality.
