More about Mickey

Mickey Costabile enjoyed a very successful career as an Accountant working for several large corporate companies.

Buying and selling properties became a way of life for him, as he constantly strived to improve his living conditions. His passion for finding a great home increased exponentially every time.

Mickey observed with great intent over the years all that comprised buying the property of his dreams and everything in between.

Mickey adds "buying your home is the biggest investment you will make in your life, and you have to ensure it's the correct decision you make. My job is to help make the process as easy, stress-free and successful as possible."

As he reached the twilight of his successful career, Mickey gradually became drawn into real estate and the property market.

Mickey uses his vast financial experience to give you the client the executive service you deserve. From listing at the right price to making the best offer.

He is immersed every day in all aspects of the housing market - from comparative market analysis, statistics, trends, economic factors, surveys, value for money propositions, terms of sale and purchase, through to closing documents - and he will put that expertise to work for you in an honest and dynamic manner.

When the opportunity arose to join the Harcourts Hermanus team in Harcourts, he grabbed it with both hands and as he states "I couldn't let an opportunity of working for such a reputable company with such strong leadership and support structure slip by".

Within this framework Mickey felt he could be of service and assist aspiring home owners to purchase their dream home and take the journey with them until this happened. "Providing outstanding customer service is non-negotiable for me. It is the greatest satisfaction knowing that I have found the dream home for my clients and thereby creating lifelong client relationships.
