Having studied Public Relations and Event Planning and Professional Dance Coach. This knowledge, coupled with her training, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations educating homebuyers and sellers effectively.

She is able to adapt to changing environments although underlying markets constantly change. She identifies the needs of her Sellers and Buyers and in building strong relationships. She has a unique ability to find opportunities, seeking similar buyers and sellers. Her clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around.

Over the course of 20 years of running a successful business and developing her own properties, Melanie together with her parents taught her the value of commitment, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. Over the next few years she has built and re-modelled three homes. Melanie developed a passion for home improvement projects and design and has a good eye for renovating improvements!

In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her children, dancing, being outdoors and travelling.
