More about Lisa

Growing up with my parents starting Kapstadt International Properties in our family home in 1991 and witnessing their keen eye and skill to renovate many properties over the course of my childhood, I developed an appreciation for property, the history and potential they hold. I love architecture, experiencing different atmospheres created and observing how each space affects each person differently. I also love to create and imagine transformations but most of all to connect with people and to grasp what their ideal space would have to offer to make them happy.

I proudly joined Kapstadt International Properties after completing my degree in Creative Communications and Design at Vega School of Brand Leadership and having the honour of publishing my first book with peer and co-author Alex Ferguson-Williams, called Welcome to the Real World - a young person's guide to figuring it all out. It is a privilege to work alongside my mom, Elisabeth and our hand-picked colleagues. Besides selling beautiful properties and building our brand, I am happiest with my family - spending time with my husband, our three children and two Vizsla dogs either on the mountain or in the sea, and how lucky we are to have both these right here in the City Bowl of Cape Town.
