More about Linda

For the past twenty-three years I have been involved in the property market as a real estate agent. I grew up in the Free State and received a B Social Sciences degree at the University of the Free State. After a few years as social worker, the time had come to make a career change.

My experience stood me in good stead. Working as an estate agent brings me close to people, assisting them in making important decisions, directly impacting on their everyday lives. It is a huge responsibility to work with what is often the client's biggest asset, his property.

Expertise and Qualifications:

I started working as a property consultant in 2002. In 2006 I was entrusted to lead the company. As principal agent I specialised in new full and sectional title developments. In September 2011 joined Harcourts Capital, concentrating mainly on properties in the Old East of Pretoria. During the past fourteen years I focused on the Lynnwood suburbs. The result is a 90% plus market share in this fast-growing area, less than two kilometres from Menlyn Main. I am a full status agent, holding a Fidelity Fund Certificate of the PPRA and comply with the CPD training, that is required of every profession in South Africa.

Sales Achievements:

During the past thirteen years, I have sold property in excess of R385 million.

Awards and recognition:

Over the years I have received many awards, being either top agent or runner-up at Harcourts Capital, our local agency, as well as being among the top twenty at Harcourts' nationwide.

Recently (2024) I was recognized as the Top Achiever of the Year at Harcourt Capital. I am privileged to have an experienced professional team backing me up. Excellent mentorship from our managing director, the professionalism and training from Harcourts Capital, Harcourts nationally and internationally, guide me and inspire me.

Mission· Statement:

I endeavour to gain my clients' trust, to never act in any way that would do harm to the profession of the real estate agent. I enjoy working with my clients, and treat every transaction with the respect and integrity that it deserves.
