Leon Singer: A Journey of Passion and Perseverance in Real Estate

From a young age, I discovered an unwavering passion for two things: property and people. This passion has guided me through a remarkable career in the real estate industry that spans several decades.

My journey began in 1990 when I embarked on a path that would forever change my life. I became part of the esteemed REMAX family in 2007 joining a lineage of real estate professionals who value excellence and integrity.

Before my time at REMAX, I had already gained valuable experience with various real estate companies in Gauteng and Cape Town. My initial focus was on Freehold properties, where I learned the intricacies of buying and selling homes. Eager to expand my expertise, I transitioned to working with Sectional Titles, mastering the complexities of this niche market.

What truly sets me apart is my unyielding enthusiasm for learning and self-improvement. I took on the challenge of achieving the NQF Level 4 in Real Estate, a testament to my commitment to professionalism and excellence. This drive to excel earned me several accolades, including Service Excellence awards and recognition as a member of REMAX's Executive, Silver, and 100% Club. I proudly stand as a member of the REMAX Premier Club, a testament to my exceptional contributions to the industry.

2009 marked a turning point in my life, one that revealed my true strength. In the face of a serious heart attack, I underwent major heart surgery that would reshape my perspective. This pivotal moment became a catalyst for my resilience and deep appreciation for every opportunity.

In 2020, amidst a global pandemic, I briefly parted ways with REMAX. However, my passion for the industry remained unshaken. In August of 2023, I returned to the vibrant REMAX Premier office in Claremont, ready to continue my legacy of excellence.

Beyond my professional achievements, I find joy and fulfillment in my personal life. I am a dedicated spouse and a proud parent to a son who has found success in Canada. My greatest joy is an adorable 9-year-old son, a constant source of inspiration.

My journey is a testament to the power of passion, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence. I have not only excelled in the world of real estate but has also touched the lives of those around me. My story is a reminder that challenges can become stepping stones, and a deep love for what you do can lead to a lifetime of fulfillment and success.

When it comes to selling a home, every property owner dreams of securing the best possible price. Unfortunately, one of the most common mistakes sellers make is setting the price too high.
