Lance Rothschild
A Plettenberg Bay resident for over 12 years, and a frequent visitor to Plett for over 30 years, Lance loves working with people. He sees Real Estate as a people-business and makes it his objective to find a perfect solution for each individual whether they are buying- or selling- property.
Lance has a media, marketing and communication background and holds a Diploma in Marketing Management. He has spent many years in the radio industry and was Station Manager of Radio 5 (which he renamed to 5FM in 1992) between 1986 and 1994. He has maintained an interest in the radio industry, and he built the very successful MTN and Liberty Radio Awards. He currently serves on the boards of two radio organisations outside of South Africa and consults to various stations all around the country.
In the Real Estate market, Lance focuses primarily on Residential property where he leverages the most modern technology and methodology to assist buyers in finding their dream home, and sellers in achieving the best possible price for their property.
