More about Keegen

After nearly a decade in the real estate industry, I founded Bain International Realty with a clear vision: to create a boutique luxury agency that places people, community, and collaboration at the heart of every transaction.

Having worked across various sectors of the property market for 10 years, I recognised a gap in the industry—an opportunity to build a company that celebrates inclusivity while still delivering a world-class luxury experience. Luxury, to me, isn’t defined only by price brackets or postcode; it’s defined by the level of service, care, and attention we offer to every client, regardless of their background. Inclusivity is one of our core values. At Bain International Realty, we believe everyone deserves access to exceptional representation. We are intentional about creating a space where our clients, agents, developers, and partners feel welcome, respected, and heard. Equally, collaboration is one of our strongest pillars. Our approach is built on partnerships—with developers, investors, home-owners, and fellow industry professionals. We understand that true success in real estate comes from working together, sharing knowledge, and building relationships that last well beyond a single transaction. Above all, community is the foundation of everything we do.

We are deeply invested in the neighbourhoods we serve. Protecting, uplifting, and contributing to the community and environment around us is not just part of our brand—it’s who we are. Our mission is to connect people with properties while strengthening the communities that make those properties meaningful.I started Bain International Realty to create an agency that reflects these values. A place where luxury is personal, service is sincere, and every client is treated as part of our community. Keegan Bain - Founder, Bain International Realty

With the rising cost of living and tighter bank lending conditions, many homeowners are looking for ways to cut costs when selling, including the idea of avoiding estate agent commission by selling privately.
