Having started in real estate many years ago along the beautiful Garden Route, she also excelled in the hospitality business. She prides herself in being able to answer and help wherever possible to make your big decisions as pleasant as possible.

In her spare time, Kate loves to garden, walk in nature with her dogs, explore the back roads as well as trying out new creative projects.

Botriver basics

Botriver in the Western Cape, is nestled at the foot of the Houw Hoek Pass just off the N2, 20 minutes from Hermanus and 75 kms to the CT airport. It has a micro Mediterranean climate, beautiful views over farmlands, a friendly community which makes it a safe, affordable, charming little village to relocate to.

Wineries, breweries, farm stalls, hot springs, boating, golf, ziplining and more are all nearby. The nostalgic steam train visits regularly taking passengers to the super Elgin indoor market.
