More about Karin

Get to Know Me I’m a proud Bloemfontein native, where I spent my formative years attending school and university. Life has blessed me with more than 44 years of marriage to my husband, Pieter, who shares my passion for real estate and specializes in the sale of farms. Together, we raised three amazing children and are now the doting grandparents of four precious grandchildren, whom I love dearly. They are a true joy and one of my greatest inspirations. My journey in real estate began in 2002, when Pieter and I established our own real estate company. In 2008, we relocated to Louis Trichardt, where I embraced a new chapter in education. For nearly a decade, I had the privilege of teaching at Louis Trichardt Primary School, shaping young lives until March 2020. Just before the lockdown, my passion for people and property drew me back to real estate—a return that has been deeply fulfilling. Today, I focus on helping clients in the vibrant Tzaneen region, always striving to deliver service defined by integrity, excellence, and genuine care. Outside of my professional life, I cherish time in the garden, find joy in staying active, and have a lifelong love for swimming. Since 2013, I’ve competed in open water swimming events, and more recently, I’ve taken on the challenge of biathlon—an exciting way to test my endurance and push my limits. At my core, I value people, doing what is right, seizing new opportunities with courage, and bringing fun and warmth into everything I do. My clients know me for my loyalty, high standards, and commitment to walking alongside them on their property journey. The greatest reward is seeing their satisfaction when dreams become reality. Academically, I hold a BA Arts degree and a Higher Education Diploma from the University of the Free State. Professionally, I earned my Estate Agency Affairs Board Certificate in 2003, passed the PDE4 exam, and hold an NQF 4 qualification—credentials that affirm my dedication to professional excellence. If you’re considering buying or selling property, I would be delighted to partner with you. Your goals are my priority, and I look forward to guiding you every step of the way. Please don`t hesitate to reach out – let`s embark on this adventure together!
