More about Karin

Hello, I’m Karin Coetzee.

I’m a relationship-driven residential property professional, known for my calm presence, strong follow-through, and unwavering commitment to seeing things through, even when the process becomes complex or demanding. Perseverance and service are at the core of how I work, both professionally and personally.

Before entering real estate, I trained and worked as a registered nurse, specialising in intensive care, with professional experience in the United States and England. Nursing taught me how to remain composed under pressure, how to listen deeply, and how to support people through moments that truly matter. Those principles guide my work in property today, where trust, clarity, and consistency are essential.

Since transitioning into real estate in 2014, I have combined my healthcare background with formal property qualifications, including my FETC Real Estate qualification, to offer clients thoughtful, service-driven guidance. Buying or selling a home can be emotionally charged and logistically demanding, my role is to provide stability, clear communication, and reassurance from start to finish.

My greatest strength is being a good listener. I take the time to understand each client’s needs, concerns, and goals, and I am known for keeping people informed and supported throughout the entire process. I don’t believe in shortcuts or pressure. I believe in commitment, care, and seeing every transaction through to its rightful conclusion.

This mindset is reflected in my life outside of work as well. I am deeply passionate about endurance sports, having competed in three full Iron Man events, and I continue to train through long-distance and cold-water ocean swims. Endurance sport teaches discipline, patience, resilience, and the importance of staying steady when things get tough - values that mirror how I support my clients in property.

I’m also an animal lover and enjoy spending time in my garden, where I find balance and perspective. These quieter moments are just as important to me as the intense ones, helping me remain grounded, present, and focused.

I take great pride in building long-term relationships based on trust and service. Many of my clients return or refer others, knowing that I will remain committed, communicative, and invested every step of the way.

If you’re looking for guidance from someone who truly listens, remains calm under pressure, and never gives up until the job is done, I would be delighted to assist you with your property journey.
