Kareen has been with Harcourts Beachfront since 2001 and has been specializing in the Beachfront area during this time, focusing on the suburbs of Summerstrand, Humewood and South End.

She attributes her success to her passion for the area, within which she has lived and worked for the past 20 years. She has a vast knowledge of the beachfront suburbs and of the properties available for sale, which makes it easier to match families to homes.

She likes working with investors and believes the Beachfront is the best and most beautiful part of PE to invest in. She focuses on friendly service and loves networking with past buyers and sellers, who often become house friends.

QUALIFICATIONS AND AFFIILIATIONS:

  • Estate Agency Affairs Board Exam
  • Recognition by the EAAB as a professional non-principal estate Agent
  • NQF level 4 qualification, which is now compulsory to all Agents
  • Member of IEASA (The Institute of Estate Agents)
