More about Jothie

Real Estate is my passion, unbeknown to me I entered into this industry and my journey is most rewarding.

Based on my vast experience in administration and finance I gained over the many years of working in the public and private section of employment, this knowledge has made my journey into Real Estate seamless.

The driving energy in this career is People skills, one needs to Listen compassionately and attentively, and convey the important points in the best possible manner.

Each client’s property needs are different, hence more listening .This I acquired over many years of my interactions with my dear clients of all ages.

The most heart-warming moments are when my retired clients are happy with the sale of their property and are comfortable in their retirement homes. They also refer my services to their colleagues. This is most rewarding for me because these are their twilight years ,they not investors flipping properties.

And believe me I do have my “reno guy/ investors” that I enjoy working with, that’s a whole new ball game. I even have them from abroad looking to invest on the beautiful surrounding of Durban beachfront and the amazing Point Waterfront. The place with the endless Summer and sunny skies and amazing coast lines.

Make that call lets chat I have an assortment of beautiful properties both Sales and Rental spanning from the Point Waterfront to Umbilo .I Look forward to your call ,my colleagues and I carry a wealth of knowledge in this industry spanning over a period of 20years.I am most certain we will assist you in the best possible manner.
