More about Johann

Johann Haupt – Master Franchisor | Shareholder | Master Property Practitioner

With a deep-rooted passion for real estate, I have dedicated my career to shaping and enhancing the property landscape in South Africa. As a Master Franchisor and Shareholder of Century 21 South Africa, I will be integral in steering the brand’s national growth and success. Additionally, I serve as the Managing Director and Principal of Century 21 Paarl, Franschhoek, Potchefstroom, Mossel Bay, and Parys, overseeing operations and driving excellence in these key markets.

My academic foundation includes a BCom degree in International Trade and Marketing at NWU and an NQF5 in Financial Planning, complemented by PPRA’s PDE4 and PDE5 qualifications. These qualifications equip me with the expertise to navigate the complexities of the real estate industry. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I have established myself as a Master Property Practitioner, excelling in property development, residential and commercial real estate, and diverse business ventures, including petroleum and architecture.

Beyond real estate, I am a passionate entrepreneur, constantly exploring innovative opportunities and market trends. My ventures extend across multiple industries, reflecting my strategic approach to business and investment.

Outside the boardroom, I find balance in the great outdoors. Whether mountain biking, hiking, camping, or fishing, I embrace adventure as a source of inspiration and personal growth.

As I continue to shape the evolving real estate sector, I welcome the opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and create lasting value for clients and investors. Let’s build the future of real estate together.
