My name is Johan Barnard. I have been working in the electrical engineering field for many years. I joined the Real Estate Business in October 2018, passed the required Real Estate training and exam, and am now a Full Status Agent. My main areas are residential and commercial. Because of my engineering background, I can also provide a service to Developers as far as electrical consulting services are concerned. My passion in life is music. I am a singer / songwriter and play the guitar. I enjoy nature and the outdoors, hiking and camping. I love to travel and to discover new places and meet new people. I do believe that life is mostly about relationships and that it is something to be cherished and nurtured. My goal in the real estate business is to build meaningful and lasting relationships and to provide an excellent service in order to meet the clients’ needs. I am currently working in the following areas: Blouberg, West Beach, Blouberg Sands, The Hill, Sunningdale, Blouberg Rise, Flamingo Vlei, Sandown, Parklands, Milnerton, Table View, Philadelphia, Malmesbury, Paarl and Wellington, but can be of assistance in any area.
