Jan van Dam

I was born in Kempton Park and have spent most of my life here. I qualified as a Turner Machinist and began my career working as a technician. Over time, I advanced to the role of Maintenance Manager, a position I held for several years before leaving the company after a decade of service.

Following that, I transitioned into project management for a company specializing in the construction of movable offices and houses. I later explored the IT industry, before eventually returning to my trade.

Seeking a fresh challenge and driven by my passion for working with people, I decided to pursue a career in real estate. I consider myself a people-oriented individual and enjoy the dynamic, client-focused nature of the industry.
