I am a Professional Property Practitioner Regustered with the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) My passion for Real Estate began in 2006. I studied Property Practice through UNISA. Passed the Board Exams during the old Act No 112 of 1976. Then the Act changed to No 22 of 2019 creating a new body Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. I passed NQF4 and PDE4 exams with distinction. Joined eXp Realty South Africa in 2024 which is cloud based. (current company) My office space is in Braemer Road, La Lucia, Umhlanga. Gained vast experience and knowledge at previous company Keller Williams Realty in Centurion. I have been completely guiding clients through the home buying and selling journey for many years in Gauteng and now has re-located to Kwa Zulu Natal. A steady, dependable, analytical and logical person. I tend to be quite predictable sticking with proven, reliable methods of dealing with any situations . I clarify expectations before undertaking new projects and works hard to meet standards. I am innovative in getting results. I welcome new challenges without fear and is excellent in following tasks.
