More about James

Born in Kwazulu-Natal, I grew up in Port Elizabeth where I attended Trinity High School before pursuing a degree in Fine Art at what was then known as Technikon, now Nelson Mandela Bay University. With a passion for sculpting and art theory, I graduated with a B.Tech (cum laude) in my final year, as well as diplomas in photography and Art History in my 3rd year.

Following my studies, my wife and I spent five years in London where I honed my skills in property management, working for a high street real estate office and managing over 200 rental properties. Upon returning to South Africa, I continued in the property industry, joining a local office in 2010 and focusing on growing my rental book.

In 2017, I made the move to Harcourts, where I have found immense satisfaction working alongside a supportive team and embracing the company's ethos. I have continued to expand my expertise, transitioning into the field of sales while continuing to manage and grow my rental portfolio.

My extensive knowledge of the industry empowers me to achieve optimal prices and efficient conversions on all of my mandates. I take pride in my commitment to honesty and integrity, always prioritizing my clients' needs and formulating personalized plans to help them achieve their goals. If you're seeking a real estate agent who puts service excellence and ethical practices at the forefront, look no further.
