Jaco has been a dedicated professional in the property industry since 2003, beginning his journey with Seeff Properties in Stellenbosch. Initially working in sales, he quickly discovered his passion for the rental sector and launched the rental division in August of the same year. Jaco found fulfillment in helping people find a place to stay or assisting in managing their properties. Through his hard work and dedication, he built a rental portfolio of over 100 properties.

In September 2013, Jaco transitioned to Harcourts, where he continued to grow and develop the rentals division, expanding his expertise even further. With more than 20 years of experience, Jaco has honed his skills in property management and day-to-day operations in the rental business. His passion for problem-solving, particularly in addressing the needs of both tenants and landlords, drives his ongoing success. Today, Jaco oversees more than 200 properties, further solidifying his reputation as an expert in the industry.

Outside of his professional life, Jaco is a devoted family man who treasures quality time with his wife and two sons. He is also an avid golfer, enjoys running, and loves spending time outdoors, embracing an active lifestyle that brings him balance and joy.
