More about Isabel

I bring international business experience, operational leadership and commercial strategy into every property transaction I handle.

I’ve worked in the UK and Portugal in corporate administration, offshore business services, education and legal translation, gaining global exposure to structured business environments, compliance standards and high-level client service. This international foundation shaped how I operate today: professionally, precisely and with strong attention to detail.

Before stepping fully into real estate sales, I held senior operational roles managing complex workflows, teams, systems and high-value client portfolios. I’ve coached business owners, negotiated executive placements, managed property portfolios and renovation projects, and built scalable business operations. That experience gives me an advantage.

I approach property strategically. From pricing and positioning to negotiation and execution, I work with structure, preparation and clear intent.

I’m hands-on, highly organised and deeply invested in protecting my clients’ interests while delivering smooth, stress-free transactions.

At the heart of it all, I value relationships, integrity and long-term trust. I don’t chase quick wins, I build reputations, results and referrals.

If you want an agent with international perspective, business depth and real operational strength behind the scenes, I’d love to work with you.
