Ian Massey-Hicks

Harcourts Summerton / Non-Principal Property Practitioner
More about Ian

I have more than 45 year’s sales experience to my credit. Thirty years of which was spent in the pharmaceutical industry, working for a major international company. During that time, I also completed the old Estate Agency Board exam and sold property on a part time basis, assisting my wife on weekends. In 2006, I started my own agency business, promoting natural health products.

I hold a National Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management, from the Port Elizabeth Technikon. I have also completed a number of communication and selling courses. In my spare time I am a KUSA registered instructor at The Dog School, teaching Home Obedience to dog owners.

An opportunity to re-enter the property market, came about in 2017, joining Harcourts Summerton. My focus is on marketing and selling residential property. As much as my focus is on Miramar, Walmer Heights and Walmer Downs, I have had success in Summerstrand, Broadwood, Mt Croix and in the sale of vacant land.

I am currently employed as a Full Status Agent, Non Principal property Practitioner, at Harcourts Summerton. I am proud to be a part of a successful sales team.
